  Journalism is a career with a lot of different majors from television to writing in an editorial. Journalism lasts for 5 years when we learn a lot of different things from writing skills to edit video. It´s my first year in this career so I´m newly  knowing how it work my university, so I can´t tell so much about it, honestly up to now I don’t like so much the subjects because I don’t like to read or write so much and the most subjects are theory.  I´m very excited about practical subjects like radio and television we are also going to learn how to edit and taking pictures professionally. Having online classes has been a challenge, I’m just having some classes in the university, so I can´t tell so much about my faculty because I only know my building, I want to visit the whole faculty but I haven’t had enough time.   It’s difficult for me to talk about this in a blog because it’s not a topic I’m always thinking, I don’t like to spend my time thinking about what would happen in the future or what I would do, while I make plans for future days or have plans or goals to fulfill, I don’t think about that all the time. But if I’m honest, I want to travel to  next summer and have a break from university, have a rest with my friends and family and go to the beach. I would like to travel to the future to resolve doubts that I have always had, in the first place if we would be alive, a lot of experts say that the earth is going to end in 2050 so I would like to know if it’s true, second, I want to know if we will live with the coronavirus forever, I want to know how the technology in the future will be. And if we have a better quality of life and if there is justice and equity also, I would like to know if we were more aware about our environment Would I like to stay there? No, because I didin´t finish

  Since I was in 8 th grade my dream has been working in an event production company, specifically on DG medios, one of the biggest event producers of Chile and I think my career will help me for this work. I chose to study journalism because it has a lot of different majors, but my favourite is music and cinema, I love music and concerts, I love editing videos and take pictures that’s why I can’t imagine myself working in an office I think it is very boring. I would love to work in the backstage of concerts or video games conventions, travel to different countries and meet a lot of artists, singers, actors, actress, etc. A role model for me is the journalist Maria Jesus Muñoz who works for canal 13, she is very talented, she has the opportunity to meet a lot of famous people and to be part of the backstage of “Festival de Viña 2020”.    

I love watching TV, and I really enjoy watching series, but from  all the series that I’ve watched my favourite one will always be Yuri on ice. It’s a Japanese sports anime television serie s about ice skating. Yuri Katsuki is a Japanese skater who after a loss in a Grand Prix and other competitions, develops mixed feelings about skating and puts his career on hold returning to his hometown. Yuri visits his friend who works in the ice rink, he performed a cover of the most famous performances by his idol Victor Nikiforov. Yuri didn't notice that his performance was recorded and uploaded on the internet, the video went viral and caught Victor´s attention, who decide to travel to Japan with an offer to coach Yuri and revive his figure-skating career. It's my comfort series I always watch it with my best friend, I really love the soundtrack I also listened to it when I need to study because it is very relaxing. A person I would like to meet is Christopher Bang, he is an Australian singer, composer, rapper, dancer, main producer, and leader of the kpop group Stray Kids. He has 92 songs inscribed under his name and a cover with Tzuyu member of the girl group twice. In August 2020, I watched a video on tiktok where Chan was singing. I searched some information about him, and I listened to all the Stray Kids discography. He is an example of perseverance; he trained for 10 years to be an artist and debuted in a kpop group. He loves  his fans very ; he is always worried about their health. Even he made a promise to his fans and makes every Sunday night a live to help fans with insomnia to sleep, he also talks in English and Korean so that more fans can understand. Chan always takes care of the members, and he is a very loving leader, but I don’t know how he is, I think he is a warm person.  

  I’ve always loved listening to music, and, in my case these songs bring me a lot of memories about different emotions, situations and places. The first song is “Permanent Vacation” by 5 Seconds of Summer. This song makes me remember the first years of friendship with my best friend. We started to talk because this band was our favourite and we noticed that we had a lot of things in common. Every time I listen to this song, I feel happy because it takes me back to those times and it brings me a lot of beautiful memories. The second song is “Bailar bien, bailar mal” by the Chilean Musician Gepe. This song reminds me of my summer vacation in 2014. I was at the beach with my cousin, she always used to sing it. She even invented a choreography just to make me laugh.
